Guardiola Praises victorious Germany team

The coach of Bayern Pep Guardiola and sporting director mr. Matthias Sammer has said that Germany are worthy victors of the 2014 World Cup.

He made this known on monday 15 of july while addressing pressmen a day after the germans were crowned world champions.

The Germans edged past Argentina 1-0 in Sunday's Final at the Maracana  after Mario Gotze's 113th minute strike, having defeated hosts Brazil 7-1, France 1-0 and Algeria 2-1 in the knockout stages of the competition.

The now four-time champions coincidentally led their group with respective 4-0 and 1-0 wins over Portugal and USA, while they drew 2-2 with Ghana.

"It is fantastic for Germany. I'd like to congratulate the players and manager Joachim Low," Guardiola said in a message on the official Bayern website.

"celebrate this unpredictable World Cup win. Germany fully deserve it."Sammer added:
"What an amazing win. I am very excited for our national team, for the coach Joachim Low and for Bayern's seven players that made the team world champions.

"This is a great achievement. The team deserves this and so all of Germany is happy  with it. mr sammer concluded"
